CARRPARTS is the build-from-scratch brainchild of Dan Carr: fabricator, problem solver, and the person you call when the part you need doesn’t exist yet. His work starts with an idea, a problem, or sometimes nothing more than a photo and a conversation. From there, he figures out how to make it work—and make it right.

With a background built through years of hands-on fabrication, Dan approaches every project with the same priorities: fit, function, strength, and attention to detail. From one-off brackets and electrical solutions to fully custom center consoles, his work is designed around the vehicle, the build, and the person who owns it—not pulled from a shelf and forced to fit.
That same commitment extends to the components he trusts, including an industry partnership with JB Custom Fabrication, whose shifters are incorporated into his custom console builds.
CARRPART grew from that approach. What began as solving problems for his own projects became solving them for other builders, shops, and enthusiasts. Broncos may have played a big role in the story, but the work isn’t limited to one badge, one platform, or even one type of project. If it needs to be built, adapted, mounted, housed, or figured out, Dan wants to hear the idea.
